All computerized testing programs maintain their testing candidates' test scores. They are not the ones to award credit (in your case that would be COSC), but your scores/results are held in their systems. You would contact them when you are ready to order an official score to be sent to your college/university. If you have not already, you will want to make sure that the exams you plan to take do fit within your degree plan so that you don't end up wasting time and money on exams that will not be accepted.
