New TESU Residency Requirement!!! 16cr, TECEP's do not count?!?

The website says the cornerstone is not included in the Per Credit Tuition Plan. I don't know if that means that it doesn't count toward the residency requirement.

I think that just means that it's not included in the (free) price of the plan, just as it says textbooks aren't covered by the plan. Further down the page it says "One-time tuition for the course is $300 (not included in the Per Credit Tuition Plan)". The cornerstone itself still isn't listed as a requirement and isn't available in the catalog, and probably won't be until after May. Someone said in this thread or another that the course itself isn't completed yet.
