New TECEP satisfies oral communication requirement
#1
I saw this in a reply by KayV to another thread. TESU has a new TECEP that satisfies the oral communication requirement. It is only available through online testing (proctor u). It does require an oral presentation that is completed before taking the test.

I haven't taken this particular TECEP, but I have taken several. For me the fact that the TECEP exam was proctored in my own home (instead of a 2+ hr roundtrip drive) was a big plus. I found them to be close to the same difficulty level as the DSST/CLEP I took 8 years ago, if my memory serves me correctly.
