Neurobiology
#1
Has anyone here ever taken a class on neurobiology? This is a terrible question to ask, but it is possible to have struggled through BIO101 and perhaps be able to master the information contained in such a course? (or is there no hope LOL) I'd like some feedback before I have to choose next semester courses. THANKS

Neurobiology is an interesting subject. If you like science in general, you`ll do fine. BIO101 is more basic like cell structure but for neurobiology you`ll learn about nerve cell, system and maybe spinal cord. there`ll be some chemical substances which stimulate the signals that you should know about.

It`s different from BIO101 that it`s more specific , you don`t jump from plants to animals to development which is a good thing. Why not talkin to your advisor or course prof. as well, they`ll give you a good idea of what you`ll go through.

I like these subjects , i wish CLEP/DSST include more of these stuff.
CLEP
6 Biology 65
6 Natural Science 64
6 College Math 63
3 College Algebra 62
3 Precalculus 70

DSST
3 Into. World Religion (rev2008) 425
3 Astronomy 58
3 Into Computing 460

Class
4 College Physics II B+

TOTAL = 37
Finished , Thanks InstantCert for all the support.

Thank you! Unfortunately, I don't have an advisor or access to the professor before the course. I see what you are saying about general vs specifics. Thanks again, and if anyone else has something to add, please jump in!
