@forkintheroad, you missed the addendum from the template, with the info in the addendum, we'll have a clearer picture and overview of your situation. Anyways, it seems you're well on your way to completing the degree at Excelsior. I think the BSLA is a good check the box degree, so don't try going back to Ashworth for a BS General Studies. For Excelsior, you just need to take their capstone course, you should transfer in all other credits from Sophia.org for lower level and Study.com for upper level or any other ACE/NCCRS provider if you wanted to take other lower/upper level courses...
Study.com Offer https://bit.ly/3ObjnoU
In Progress: UMPI BAS & MAOL | TESU BA Biology & Computer Science
Graduate Certificate: ASU Global Management & Entrepreneurship

Completed: TESU ASNSM Biology, BSBA (ACBSP Accredited 2017)
Universidad Isabel I: ENEB MBA, Big Data & BI, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Certs: 6Sigma/Lean/Scrum, ITIL | Cisco/CompTIA/MTA | Coursera/Edx/Udacity

Thank you. I talked to my advisor at EU, who was absolutely fantastic and informative, and looks like I do have a path forward with Study.com and and Coopersmith for the remainder of my credits to finish the BSLA there. I'll get a plan for the first 12 with them in a few weeks and I will be done by next year.
