All of the
Business and Management TECEP exams are 300 and 400 level except ACC101. Operations Management, Federal Income Taxation, or one of the others for that last spot?

Im surprised they accept penn foster course for the TESC Business Policy. If they do, take the penn foster course. I took TESC Business Policy and it was pretty tough. I took finance and Systems Analysis at penn foster and they were pretty easy.

They do. I was shocked as well when I found out. I believe that this changed last year when a bunch of Penn Foster's credits were up for re-evaluation by ACE and ACE took months to approve them. I did a post on it here: http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior-thomas-edison-charter-oak-specific/14931-i-found-tesc-business-policy-business.html#post113294
This must have been right after you graduated from TESC that it changed. PF courses are the way to go with certain courses because they are cheaper. You just have to make sure that they are ACE approved. My next goal will be to get my BA in Math/Natural Science and see if I can use some (if not all) penn foster courses to do so.
