Here's my credits I have currently which I used for my AAS. I would like to have a BA in CJ within the next year or sooner. I'm 22 and need it for career progression for the National Guard and the state agency I work for. I also have the Post 9/11 36 months and MGIB 12 months for funding. Thanks in advance.

The easiest/fastest option for a CJ degree is going to be from UMPI. I don't know if they will take your FEMA credits at FCC (possibly not). Your TEEX credits are good. Sophia, too. I think the Pierpont & CC of the Air Force are, at best, going to be electives.
For UMPI, you're going to need a foreign language. If you speak one already, you may be able to take an ACTFL exam for credit. If you don't, Spanish at InstantCert is the fastest/easiest way to meet that requirement. Also take American Government while you're there. In addition, you'll need a science-with-a-lab. Easy/fast options are from SDC. Biology 101L is one way to do this.
In progress: TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed: Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Which school are you looking at completing your bachelor's degree from? Or haven't you picked out one?

Actually most TEEX courses are computer science electives not criminal justice electives. There's only 1 that's criminal justice. It's not something that applies to the core requirements. It's a general elective.
TEEX 0300 Death Investigation Online CRJ 3XX Criminal Justice Elective
I have looked at the transfer database and nothing comes up for Frederick Community College. What are the course numbers for the Community College of the Air Force? There's a long list of them being accepted in the past. Most are LL general electives.

TESU BACJ following a similar plan as joeman200, use your active service person status to complete 18 credits through TECEPS and complete the Cornerstone/Capstone at TESU. A bulk of the courses can be done alternatively, but not all... here's an example plan: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Jo...ice_(2018)

I also forgot to mention I have a certificate from the WVDMAPS academy. Is it possible I could receive credit for that as well? I know excelsior previously granted 11 Credits for it or would it be a hassle?

Half that stuff doesn't exist now. Propero is gone and Penn Foster doesn't just let you take individual classes any more. A more up-to-date plan is here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...stice_Plan but that's still tenuous and expensive.

Actually, I noticed you have an AAS from Pierpont... get the UMPI BAS with a minor in something OTHER than CJ, then finish a Masters in CJ at Walden instead, use up all your credits through transfer into the UMPI and see if it comes through - including your WVDMAPS academy credits. There are so man providers of Bachelors in CJ, it's going to be better to ladder up to a Masters instead...

With so much military credit I don't know that UMPI is the best option. TESU is really military friendly as is Excelsior. Excelsior I know has programs set up with the military.
Here's how your TEEX courses have transferred to UMPI in the past. Only those listed have transfer credit showing.
TEEX 0277 Cyber Law/White-Collar Crime COS 2XX Computer Science Elective
TEEX 0281 Digital Forensics Basics COS 232 Intro to Cyber Forensics
TEEX 0300 Death Investigation Online CRJ 3XX Criminal Justice Elective
Here's the Community College of the Air Force credits. Again this is how they have transferred in the past. Only those listed have transfer credit showing. They may or may not transfer as UMPI has made a lot of changes this year. Same for the TEEX classes. What's WVDMAPS academy? I can see if there's been credit given for it.
