Need a history credit
#1
I need a history credit. My school will accept:

History of the United States I: Early Colonizations to 1877
History of the United States II: 1865 to the Present
Western Civilization I: Ancient Near East to 1648
Western Civilization II: 1648 to Present

Which one out of these four is easiest?

I thought they were all fairly easy, but probably the easiest for me was US I. It covered less material than the Western Civs, and I have always been fairly well-versed in Colonial American history. They were all pretty easy though. Get the REA guide for whichever you choose, supplement it with the IC flashcards, and you'll easily pass!

Good luck!

Get the REA book for U.S. History 2. Read it once. Take all three practice tests. Make an effort to learn what you missed.

I took West Civ I, US History I and US History II.

In my mind US History II asks you to apply knowledge/logic the most. What policy would X-famous-person have agreed with? It's more than memorizing facts. So if your are older and/or particularly good at logic, this test may be a good choice. Older people may also remember Carter, Reagan ... etc (again helping make that test a bit easier).

If you a better at pure memorization, US History 1 or Western Civ I may be easier.

Also, any area of interest may be the best deciding factor: WWII buff or "I want to visit Europe someday".
