With two weeks of prep, your best bet is the one you know the most about. If they are about equal and you have experience in the workplace, go for Management. Marketing is a skosh more demanding IMHO, and Business Law a bit more so. I don't have experience with Am Govt though I would guesstimate it to be close to BLaw.

I haven't taken all of the ones you listed, but I would say to take the one that interests you most. I LOVED American Govt even though some would say that it's a difficult test. I thought that it was pretty straight-forward constitution memorization.
Even though I only took a week to study for it, it was a pretty intense week. LOL.. I think my kids got pretty sick of amendment talk at the dinner table.

IMO, Principles of Management was way easier than American Government. I havent' taken the other two but I would think that Management would be your best bet. If you ever need to take Principles of Supervision and it doesn't duplicate credit, take it after Principles of Management since there is plenty of overlap.

Marketing was very easy IMHO, but totally boring. This is coming from a sales person who has worked hand-in-hand with marketing departments for years and enjoyed every minute of it. I couldn't stay awake studying the IC cards and rushed through the test because I hated it so badly.
If you aren't as easily bored as I am, this could also be a very easy first test.
