I thought there might be some opinions on whether college football or pro football is better.
I like college - the personalities are better...and the commercials are shorter.

I make more money off of the Pro Games, and the commercials are better. Espeically during the Superbowl. The wierd thing is that I don't watch football. I just check the scores at the end. I'd rather be doing something else with the family like take them to the lake on my free time from work and studying.

Well my family doesn't watch TV at all (unless there's a presidential speech or Olympics or something) so I can't really say, but my great-uncle, Len Dawson played for the Kansas City Chiefs when they played in the 1st Super Bowl. So I voted for NFL.

Same here! I can't remember watching a college football game so I picked pro.

Actually, I strongly dislike football - despite the odd predilection of my gender towards it. If any of you have the answer to why it is considered to be so wonderful, I'm all ears. But until then, I avoid watching football whenever possible.
But college football may be more interesting because they are more likely to make mistakes...but then again, the entertaining commercials make watching the Superbowl at least bearable. I think the best course is to watch none; the absence of complete boredom does not equal a good use of time.

Wow! cool quote. You are so poetic (that's a good thing). Did you make that up or what?

Thanks. :o It's odd...I was thinking when I penned those words, "I could probably say this better..."

Perhaps this is finer: "the absence of complete boredom does not insure a profitable use of time." Oh, well!
Maybe we should start a poetry thread.
