I'm at an impasse here. I have enough to graduate now with a B.L.S. and minors in management and pre-law, but I'm able to get the new human service certificate that FASFA will cover as well. After it's conferred, no more Pell grant can be used. I am not sure if I should just move on at this point or continue.
I have a CASAC-T certification already, meaning I am a certified drug counselor in my state, and I'm wanting to get my Masters at WGU.
thanks for any input!

A master's will be what employers look at not an undergrad certificate. Your kind of all over the place - management, pre-law, human services. All totally different fields. What are you looking to do career-wise?

lol I thought I was all over the place but I assure you there is a reasoning behind this madness! My state requires my degree to be 50% in the human services field, pre-law covers part of that along with the human services certificate. The management pretty much finished itself when I entered the school, I needed only needed 2 classes to finish. Figured taking the certificate would help with that 50% as well and I think now that I'm writing this, might be the way to go. They "the state" looks and B.A -Masters. I'm a drug and alcohol counselor for my state however in order to get fully certified as one you need 6000 hours of work or a B.A/ Masters that have to be in the human service area Health Administration, Speech Pathology, Health Ed. etc. So although it looks like I'm all over I'm really just trying hard to get classes to fill those requirements

"I'm able to get the new human service certificate that FASFA will cover as well" - If this is from grants, it'll be free or almost free, why not? I would delay the conferral and get the certificate! From reading your second reply post, you've made your point already, you're trying to check as many boxes as possible, if the delay in graduation won't affect you and you don't need to confer yet, I would delay...
