My CLEP exams progress and experiences

Granted, I understand why, but it's refreshing to see people discuss about these. The foundation of DegreeInfo/Forum is predominately (though before my time) based on not only alt credit-merciful institutions, but portfolios and CLEPs. Bear's guidebook when I peruse through its pages is practically a blueprint for here and the sister forum

I can't recall exactly, but isn't there also an affordable option for individuals to enroll through some courses via SUNY

SUNY is the state university system for NY and they don't offer courses. Each individual college and university offers courses. Tuition isn't exactly cheap. I wanted to take ASL for my foreign language requirements at UMPI but it was going to cost me over $700 for the course at the local community college. I ended up taking Spanish at UMPI.

One more CLEP is done! I got a 59 on Analyzing and Interpreting Literature.

Based on everyone's feedback, I studied even less for this. I did the Modern States and partially completed IC flashcards, and that's it. It was more of a reading comprehension test than anything.

Congratulations! CLEPs were/are the building blocks of alt source credit. Besides findings dirt cheap programs and Coursera Certs for massive amounts of credits, seeing others complete and talk about CLEPs on here is one of the most inspiring things to read on here.
