Article: Moving From 5% to 85% Completion Rates for Online Courses

If you've ever felt like it can be a slog to push through certain online courses, this article presents some interesting factors that may increase overall completion rates. The info is geared toward the educator's side of the screen, but I found some practices that I felt motivated me throughout my own online learning. Maybe it can be helpful to identify things that propel us forward:

Nice article, and it does include some useful nuggets for students as well as educators.

Some of these are recommendations not really an option for self-directed learners using ACE resources, but for folks attending competency-based schools, they make a lot of sense. I found it interesting that WGU already provides many of the presentation recommendations listed in the article while leaving others up to the student.
