Are there any providers that offer anything other than core type classes besides coppersmith for credit? Interested is design, culinary, fashion, or just for general enjoyment instead of a required or core type class. I love the format of SDC but they don't offer much besides a few hospitality courses. If coppersmith is just read the text and take the test, that's not enjoyable at all. Any ideas?

Check out
https://www.onlinedegree.com/free-courses/. They have a cooking class and a robotics class, they seem to be "fun" classes that are also worth college credit.
