Redbox is awesome! It has improved since I tried using it about 3 or 4 years ago. They have all of the latest movies and I've already gotten 3 credits for free rentals! So far, I've watched Lincoln, Argo, and Zero Dark Thirty. Lincoln was boring, Zero Dark Thirty was alright, and Argo was pretty good. Today, I'm getting Django Unchained. I'll probably use my next free credit on Beasts of the Southern Wild or Life of Pi. They're about to get Silver Linings Playbook soon! I just might see what they have to offer on their new streaming service and dump Netflix.

I know, we love Redbox! We saw "Rise of the Guardians" and "Wreak-It Ralph"—the family really liked those Cool

UGH. I have mine sitting on the floor. Anything free on Roku stinks anything worthwhile costs money. Mine is gathering dust. There are weird channels on there which I assume are created by lonely guys that wear masks all day. Roku sucks

redbox streaming is not that great. I tried their beta about 2 or 3 months ago. The selection was horrible
. If it got better let me know.

Streaming yeah, but all of those movies are available from Netflix's DVD rental. Remember they split the business into separate plans, so you can have streaming or DVD rental or both. Sounds like you only have a Netflix streaming plan. If you had a DVD plan too you'd be set.

I thought that when I searched for movies, it would tell me DVD only. At least that's what it told me for certain movies when I first signed up. It either said available for stream, DVD only, or unavailable. Most of the movies I wanted to see were unavailable. I signed up for a free trial for their rental service and see all of those movies now. I think I'll stick with Redbox, though, so that I can have the movies right when I have time to watch them.

I signed up for the DVD service and never received the movie I really wanted to see after a couple of months, so I cancelled it. I still have the streaming service trying to find something decent to watch that I haven't already seen.
