I would!

I've debated a second undergrad degree in English but I'm not sure if I want to spend the money on another capstone. I guess 1 study.com course ($199), plus 1 month of Shmoop ($89), plus the capstone ($1098) wouldn't be too bad if I don't have to pay the residency waiver again. Maybe I should think about it if it comes available soon.
Yeah, I want that degree, but I am not going to spend on capstone and residency waiver. Both are $2898 and then when you add the grad fee and courses you are over $3300. I'm only counting the study.com course as $100 too, so by your calculation, $3500. some Masters degrees and grad certs are under $3600. I'm enrolled in the degree and it shows I would have to take the capstone.
