Monster! Can't control it - Restaurant To-Go orders!

Yeah, I am part of that population ordering food online, but I only do so for some restaurant delivery to "test drive" what their new menu offerings are like, or grabbing a quick bite and having it delivered, or something along those lines, I don't order every day or anything... Too many customers doesn't seem to be the worst problem in the world, though in sure the workers aren't having the best time.

A KFC meal with a coupon I'm paying $5.  Deliver that same meal I'm paying $10 + they want a tip.

A hot and fresh large pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars costs $5.55.  Another pizza made with the same ingredients from another pizza company delivered is like $12+ with tip.

Don't tip and you'll be waiting longer and longer to get your order and will be lucky if it arrives hot. 

A $30 dine-in restaurant steak meal I'm paying for the dine-in experience, not just for the steak dinner.  I don't want this delivered.
