My login is working here for all paid service areas, but suddenly tonight my login won't work for the flashcards. I tried the refresh password area and it sent me to an Epoch.com website it wouldn't work there either. I have an ECE on Friday that I can't reschedule and I need to get in to the flashcards. Tonight was set aside as a study night and now I've lost that. HELP! I sent an email through the contact us link, but haven't heard anything. How can the signin work here and not there. I haven't received any email or anything from here since I first signed up so I'm at a loss as to what I should do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

It still isn't working! HELP! Refreshing the password says it can't find a file to open it. The other option is to save it to my computer. That won't work. It keeps telling me I can't login. I have cleared my cache and still nothing.

I'm back in, but I don't mind saying that Epoch.com is useless. They are not customer service focused at all. If you are paying them money for their service, you're being ripped off and your customers are paying the price! All of this was Epoch.com's fault and not IC, except for IC using their services.

Thanks! Yes it took contacting them 3 times and every time they said they fixed it, but didn't. Their refresh system didn't work either. The guy last night even told me that they have 30,000 customers that have thousands of customers and they just can't be bothered being proactive or providing better customer service. Great huh?
