I went
to this site and it says on their page that there is no ACE course recommendation for this course but according to ACE, they'll continue to grant credits for this class until 9/30/2018.
Registering for an account brings me to a page requiring me to get a fema id number.
Is it still possible to take this course for ACE credit? Is there an alternative?

Yes it's possible to take it for ace credit, Even though the nfa site says no ace credit for that class. I just took it and had it apply to my ace transcript in the last few weeks.
