What happened to Prometric?

I have to:

1. Call Sophia (since they don't offer chat anymore) and ask them to add the badges to Acclaim.

2. Pay $ for a paper transcript from CLEP? (At least I can see my CLEPs there.)

3. Pay $ for a paper transcript from Prometric? (And is there no way to view my DSSTs?)

Or are there other options for #2 and #3?

1. Their chat is online at strange hours sometimes. They're not always online when they "should" be online. Check periodically throughout the day.
