Hi there. I was wondering: If precalculus is required for a TESU major, can it be used as the Quantitative Literacy course as well, or would I need a different math to cover that?
Thanks in advance!

TESU, unlike COSC, doesn't allow you to double-dip. So, if you stick a math course in 1 slot, it doesn't fulfill another slot.
The good news is, if you take precalc, then you can easily take Intermediate and College Algebra, and use one of those for the other slot. If you use ALEKS, it's $20/mo, and you can take all 3 of those plus a stats course. Many people take all 4 courses in a month, which is $5/course. Not bad.
