Here are two interesting masters programs. No bachelors degree is required but you have to pass a few courses with a B to get into the program. The courses used to test your knowledge are then applied to the Degree requirements. It uses a pay as you go format with no application or prerequisites. If a person is knowledgeable in the area of study it may be a viable option to  earn a degree at the masters level without first having to earn a bachelors. Cost is $20k
