Master Degree Suggestions For Teaching College Level Courses
#11
Oh,

And I am eying a Grad Certificate in Emergency Services Management at the University of West Florida. It is a lead in, and affiliated with their Masters of Public Health which is probably what I should be doing but just can't afford right now! Smile
MBA, Western Governors University February 2014
BS Charter Oak State College November 2011
AS in EMS August 2010

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this).  Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

One last idea....and if I had it to do over again I would likely try to figure out a way to do this one....Harvard Extension School ALM (Masters). Open enrollment with actual admission coming after you have completed 3 courses. Once actually in many students receive a tuition scholarship that covers 1/2 the tuition, makes it rather shockingly affordable. There is a residency requirement that varies from program to program. It can be as little as 1 on campus course that can be done in the 7 week summer semester or it can be several courses required in residency. I know the IT and Environment/Sustainability masters only require 1 course on campus.

I know it's a lot more difficult than many programs....but the resume would read "Harvard University ALM Extension Studies, concentration whatever"....I'm betting your resume would be on the top of the stack at most CC's Smile

I believe Cookderosa is taking a class there now.
