(This post was last modified: 03-10-2026, 09:54 AM by johnt035.)
I am applying for an MSCS program which requires these pre-reqs.
Probability
Linear Algebra
Differential Equations
I already have probability, college algebra and finite math from my BSIT.
They said they will accept pre-reqs as long as they're from accredited institute.
What's the quickest/easiest way to get them?
I guess I need linear algebra and differential.

Which MSCS? What's your price range? Have you checked around your local area for colleges and universities? I would check out Wescott classes as an example, then take a look at these credit offerings:

Neither of those are schools, so they aren't accredited.

Sophia.org and Study.com are alternative course providers, they have mainly general education or elective classes and may not have classes you're looking for. That's the main reason you want to look at the colleges and universities in your local state, or the ones we recommend on the board, WIKI, etc.

You really need to clear whatever courses you decide on through the program you're applying to. The alt credit courses you're referring to would have to appear on a college transcript, but even if you do get them on a transcript, some programs might refuse to accept them. You're best off simply asking the admissions folks straight up what they will and won't accept.
