MBA Question - ACBSP or AACSB?

I'm hoping someone can explain the difference between these two accreditations to me. What is the difference between ACBSP and AACSB? Does it matter which an RA MBA program has? Would it matter to just the business industry or would academia also prefer one over the other? I'm looking at an MBA program and trying to make sure their accreditation is what I need before I apply.

According to the folks over at DI AACSB is the top of the heap, and ACBSP is #2, so AACSB would be the more desirable.

It would matter to both, if you're going to teach at all.
