Low cost online doctorates outside the US

Hello all! I am trying to get info on low cost (i.e., under $10K USD) distance learning doctorates outside of the US, which are legit by the standards of their country. I have heard about UCN (Central University of Nicaragua) and Azteca, but as I understand it, there are many more options. I just cannot seem to find them on my own. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hahaha... I love Lake Hopping! We were on the smaller islands in the state earlier last week, I brought my SUP (Paddle board) and a small floating boat for the kids to play on the lake... Accommodations were expensive at $197/night but it's cheaper than flights and hotel in Hawaii... Costco, Walmart and other shops were close too, so we just grabbed whatever we needed. It was so fun, not enough vacation time away, as I am still stuck in vacation mode... Planning my next vacation already!

BTW, where did you find details on Azteca and UCN? Your question is going to be hard to answer, there are so many on the board in the doctorate section and also on the sister board. Without knowing what "subject" you're looking at, there are too many possibilities, my suggestion is to take your time and read through the sections as you did find something in regards to the two, Azteca and UCN. I created a few posts and threads in regards to several countries... Happy reading and reviewing!

A doctorate in what? For what? To study what? And what method of study? ("Distance learning" covers a lot of ground.)

Do you want to do a scholarly doctorate? A professional doctorate? Do you want to do a taught doctorate, or one based on the thesis alone?

Knowing these would go a long way in terms of getting help with your options.

Awesome! It is great fun. Glad that your vacation went well and I hope that your next one is even better. I found info about Azteca and UCN on the forum and other websites. I posed too broad a question. I should have asked about low cost DBAs and healthcare (obviously not medical) doctorates. Thanks for the suggestion. I should have specified what I was referring to. Apologies for any confusion. I am interested in a professional doctorate in business or healthcare (NOT a medical degree, needless to say). Thesis would definitely be best.
