Low Cost Online Computer Science Courses

Where can I find low cost computer science courses which are for credit? for an out-of-state non-resident? Anything cheaper than $230 per credit hour? Especially upper level courses.

Also, besides CLEP, AP, and DSST, are there any other low cost computer science exams out there for credit?

NJ but I'm a Canadian working in the US so I'll have to pay out-of-state rates either way.

Look into ICCP, pretty dated material (then again not much more then what is in universities)
