Looking for advise on my degree plan at TESC.

Hey guys, I found this forum to be quite helpful. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on my degree plan from TESC. I plan on CLEPing out of ENG-102 and both remaining social science courses. I also plan on taking the DSST Technical Writing test to complete ENG-201. Missing from my evaluation right now are my Calculus AP credits, A&I Lit (General Ed?), Intro to Computing (Computer Requirement), and Principles of Statistics (Stat Requirement), 4 PE credits from PADI (unused credits?), and 9 credits from my AMMO courses (Gen Ed?). I plan on taking Physics II at TESC in May, so that should finish up that requirement. Now my questions to you are: Does anyone see a way to shuffle credits around to make use of my excess credits, and is there any other place than TESC to complete the MAN-435 requirement?

I'm just posting how my degree is advancing so far. Maybe it will give someone else encouragement to complete their degree. I need 6 more courses to finish up. I plan on CLEP'ing my ENG-102 and Social Sciences requirements; I'll take care of ENG-201 with DSST Technical Writing. I'm still wondering if it's possible to complete MAN-435 using non-traditional means... If anyone has please let me know!

Curious as why you are not considering the EET degree?
It is not ABET accredited, but in some states it still qualifies you to take the PE exams.

I considered it, but when I got my degree plan for it, but I would need 10 courses to complete it as opposed to 6 for Tech Studies. Well make that 5, since I passed the DSST Substance Abuse test. Was pretty easy, I looked over some information for about 5 minutes then took the test. 24 minutes later I walked out with a pass.

Well, took two more tests recently: Intro to Sociology and Technical Writing. That leaves me with only 1 more CLEP test to take (College Composition) and 2 actual courses at TESC.

Thanks, Plubius for the words of encouragment. I've taken Physics II at TESC, and I'm enrolled in MAN-435 and APS-401 for the November session.... I'm also waiting for the results from my CLEP College Composition exam, but I feel pretty comfortable I passed that one as well. Hopefully I pass everything and graduate next year: Class of 2013 Woohoo!
