Hopefully you're doing one Sophia.org membership and Study.com membership at a time, not both at the same time... Anyways, my recommendation is the UMPI BABA PM & IS, it's not a true IS/IT degree, it's more of a Business Admin with a Project Management & Info Systems concentration. Having said that, for the first trifecta of cost, ease, speed, if you add the Coursera Certs (all of them if you can, not just ones listed in the plan), you'll have more CS, IT, PM, etc, experience to add to the certs, degree, experience trifecta I recommend.

the study.com and sophia courses listed are ones that I've already completed. I'm very new to this, so I'm not sure what all the best questions to ask regarding further progress might be, but I'm hoping for a detailed understanding of further progress from where I'm already standing.

AFAIK, the only hackable IT degrees are the Purdue Global BSIT and the bachelors programs from TESU. If you're interested in pursuing an inexpensive, but longer and international, IT degree, you might want to check out BITS Pilani BS CS and IIT Madras BS Data Science.

Review the WIKI for institutions you're interested in, we've got degree plans already created for UoPeople, WGU, PUG, TESU, UMPI, etc. As I mentioned earlier in post #2, you want a mix/match of everything, certs, degree, experience. If I was in your shoes, I would go the UofPeople BS Comp Science, then their UofPeople MSIT...
