Don't overlook the fact that the OP (fozzy3o) is a NJ resident, their 15 credit full-time flat fee rate is only $3,319, not $4,299. This puts it at about the same cost as UMPI (if completed in two sessions, cheaper if they'd need three). They also have a good amount of existing RA credits as well, so that is not a hindrance. I tend to lean towards TESU for them, because there is an innate benefit to being a graduate from a local state school. Build a plan, start now, and they'll complete that bachelor by the end of 2024 from TESU.
