Then, enroll in a '1 year' MBA program that does not require 'leveling' courses (aspen,csu, many aussie mba programs, etc.).
Keep in mind that the MBA was originally designed to teach business skills to non-business majors (more specifically, engineers) so no having an business undergrad is hardly a detriment. Personally, I think a BS in business followed by an MBA is a bit redundant. Of course, that's just my opinion.

That's great to know, I have been toying with the idea of continuing on to get the masters if I get promoted this cycle and stay in another 2 years. If I don't get promoted, then I'm out and it won't make a difference. It's always good to get good information to help make those tough decisions. Can you give me more info on the schools you referred to as I am unfamiliar with them? Are they all accredited? Thanks, Lee
