This test covers a massive range of information.  It's really helpful to have already done or be familiar with world history, US history, and US government.  There is a decent amount of economics which I was not adequately prepared for, so definitely at least have a grasp of the basics so you have a springboard to work from.  I thought I did terrible on this test and felt sure I had either barely not passed or only barely passed.  It's a doozy.  I ended up passing by a good margin, but it's just a hard test to guage because it covers so much!
