Hi All,
Just wanted to post that I took both DSST Org Beh and HR Mgmt today (and passed). They were both computerized and on the old scoring system.
You know, it's funny, while I was taking the tests, I thought the HR Mgmt was MUCH easier. Some of the questions were down right silly-easy. I thought the Org Behavior, while not difficult, was definitely the more challenging of the two.
So, of course, I score better on the "harder" test. How does that happen?? I guess at the end of the day, I'll just take my two passes and go home. Happily, I might add.
Also, I followed the exam specific suggestions for each test and they were really spot on (even though I believe some of the feedback posted was for the ECE versions). IC was tremendously helpful for both. IC especially nailed the Org Beh test, in my opinion.
Thanks to everyone on this board. You guys are awesome!!
