RE: the shoe talk, I'll keep my mouth shut...well, almost. I have 5 pairs of shoes: brown dress shoes, black dress shoes, flip-flops, running shoes and my lawn-mowing shoes which are simply my previous pair of running shoes, now retired.

Now, my wife has 50+ pairs and while I don't know each pair's specific purpose, I do know that they are quite adept at hiding in our house. Every Saturday morning (which I have named "Groundhog Day" after the Bill Murray movie) before she goes to work, I wake to the screams of, "Have you seen my other shoe?!". To this, I naturally respond, "I've seen your other 99 shoes!" That never goes over well, go figure. Smile

:roflol: ...not sure why that goes over poorly. Try, "...No, dear, but let me stop what less-important thing I am doing and come over to help you..." (Mileage may vary) :hurray:

Yes I actually do! Smile They are pretty powerful. They sort of make the whole superwoman thing happen.

very smart idea. Always looking to replace/add on. What men need to realize is that they could have the world from us with just a few nicely placed gestures like "Honey let's go shoe shopping you are looking a little low!"

...aaaand with that, I gracefully bow out of this thread, lol. Actually, I do like the shoe organizer idea and will gratefully accept recommendations if you or nflight have any favorites, given the recommendation is not a 15'x15' room, with 6" steel walls and 2 personal guards closely watching the cheetah pumps at the center of the room that are under a glass vacuum sealed box.

Maybe you could PM me so I don't continue to hijack the thread.

I only employ one night watchman at this point to guard the CHEETAHS! :roflol:

Actually I do have some shoe storage suggestions for your bride. I have used these several times in design jobs that I have done. Sarah Storage Tower I love them. They look more like furniture then storage. Now the beautiful thing about this storage unit it doubles as a handbag caddy.

Completely HOT Bric!!!!

Dear Webmaster,

I was wondering, if some of the ladies on the forum could start a new sticky thread just for shoes? We don't mind if you put it under Off Topic!

Best Regards,
Alleycat
