Kietro, there is no need to wish for anything - did they email you a link to pay for the Residency Waiver fee? If you email them and ask to pay for it, if they charge you $1800. Just pay for it right away. You will have 1 full year from that date to finish your studies. It's a great motivational tool as well, hahaha... keeps you accountable and helps you set your schedule and time management to get everything done by then.
