It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year!!!
#11
Too many favorites!

"Have your self a Merry Little Christmas" This is probably my overall favorite

Any of the Perry Como Christmas stuff, especially, "Twas the night before Christmas" Just reminds me of being a kid

"O Holy Night" Most beautiful Christmas song. Puts the Christ part in the Christmas holiday for me

"Come on Christmas, Christmas Come on!" to rock out to!

"River" Joni Mitchell Joni Mitchell - River (Live, 1970) - YouTube Very fitting song at various points of my life! The words just speak to me.

"2,000 miles" Pretenders. The Pretenders - 2000 miles - YouTube Aww, memories from being far a part from my then military boyfriend over Christmas Eve.

And loads of other songs people already said. But the above are always on my Christmas Playlist.

GREAT subject! This is really putting me in the Christmas spirit! Especially lately! I have been totally nerding it out trying to get ready to pass my last CLEP... College Math, after the infamous disappearance of ALEC's ACE accreditation. Thank so much for this thread! It brought a smile to my face and eased the wrinkle in my brow Smile

Merry Christmas All Smile

[COLOR="#000080"]So what's your favorite Christmas/Holiday song?

I'll get things started with one that (for me) just seems to set the tone for the season itself - that being "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" performed by the late Andy Williams:

Christmas Don't Be Late by Alvin and the Chipmunks, 1958. I've got it on their 1962 Christmas album (albums are big, black disks played on antiquated contraptions called record players). :coolgleam:

By far - The 12 Pains of Christmas by Bob Rivers. Everytime I hear the Christmas card guy going "Oh I don't even know half these people!" I laugh as hard as I did the first time!
