Some of my forum buddy's here have heard me talk about my lovely daughter who is a Bio/chem major at a major university. Well my lovely daughter who has been able to maintain a 3.8 in her major has just been offically allowed to complete a second minor. Her 1st minor was Spanish which she already completed. Her second minor is Genetics which she will have 2 classes completed by Dec. Honestly I don't know how she does it, but she just keeps amazing me!

Alley,
That's just AWESOME NEWS! :hurray: She's obviously a very intelligent young woman and the apple didn't fall far from the tree given your accomplishments! Congrats to her and your family!

Ditto what Bricabrac said, with major emphasis on the apple-falling part. Sounds like she has her noggin screwed on straight. Think she might be a doctor one day?

Thank you so much Storygirl. She is applying in February for early admission to Mass School of Pharm for their accelerated PharmD for Fall start. Finger crossed she gets in. The admission person said at our last meeting she is a very strong candiate.

Thanks Rebel, and STG. As you know having children is one of the toughest and rewarding jobs in the world.
