Is this true about portfolio assessments under the Per Credit Tuition Plan?

Agreed! When they implement the 24 credit hour residency requirement though on the per credit tuition plan, they should have expected this though. That nearly doubles the number of credits I need versus the actual number needed to complete the degree.

LOL. TESC thought it was creating a flexible payment plan for those who want to work slowly, but one that would still make them money. They got a bunch of people on this forum who sought it as cheap way to get out of the enrollment fee instead. I called and emailed the senior admissions counselor; she's waiting for an official response.

The response was short and kind of vague, but you can complete portfolios under the Per Credit Tuition Plan. There was no clarification on the fees, but I'm assuming they're the same with the exception of the PLA courses because tuition is higher under this plan.
