For some reason, I don't think this is going to be profitable. The good thing is that this will make more room in my signature.

I think that they have a niche for users that are too lazy to take a min to look for a free option. I've done youtube and it takes a bit to find a presenter or material that lines up right with you and the course. It's for people that can't get past page 1 of google results.

That's too bad! I used their videos for several tests, but I don't think it'd be worth paying for depending on how much they charge. There are other options that have already been mentioned that are great that are still free.

LearnersTV has done a good job of organizing YouTube videos. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't even want to watch the Education Portal videos when they were free. They are even more boring than the Khan Academy videos.

Not all of the Khan Academy videos are bad. For instance, the Crash Course World History videos are actually pretty funny. They move pretty quick though!

Yeah, called this one a long time ago. The sheer amount of money they were pumping into marketing a "free" service (to the point of buying up other sites) just didn't make sense unless they were planning to later capitalize on all the exposure.

My 14 year old brother uses the videos for his classes. It's been a great resource for him.
Don't miss out on something great just because it might also be difficult.
