Hey, I need to pass these 3 DSST exams:
Western Europe Since 1945
Intro To modern middle east
USSR history
Would it be possible just to use IC and pass these exams and how long would it be for exam (the review)?

Yes and no. Depending on your background, anything may be possible. In my view and from my experience, its never a good idea to rely on one single source for preparation. There are a number of sources noted for each of these exams in the speicific feedback area and I would strongly suggest you visit that section of the forum.
Regarding the period of time for study, that again is really an individual matter. If you have a strong or weak background in the subject area then obviously study needs are impacted. Often times posters will note specific periods they have devoted to study-ie-2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months ect. Is that an hour per day or 8 hrs daily?
I generally used the course textbook along with a number of other sources including IC. On average, for each of the exams you noted, I devoted about 40 hours of study.
I hope this is of some help to you and wish you the best of success.

The other consideration is pass vs. do you want an A or B? These tests still yield a letter grade IIRC and if you want better than a C going beyond IC is usually a must unless you have prior knowledge of the subject.

I can only say yes for USSR history, I haven't taken the other two. I had no knowledge of the subject and studied the IC flashcards only and I managed to score a 51. Almost 4 weeks of study, mainly because I am a slow reader.
