I found out about Modern States fairly quickly as a free testing resource for CLEP exams. I've also spotted some non-free but very low cost options here and there as well. Is there anything similar to Modern States that covers DSST, TECEP, & UEXCEL exams?

For free test vouchers, no. For study materials: yes.
TECEPs often have Saylor as a study source/reference.

Right, I was referring specifically to study free but high quality materials. I'll welcome even low cost options, too.
I already have the CLEP study guide (the big purple book) for 2019 and it's equivalent pair of books for DSST.

Well it would all be test dependent. Probably no single guide or source is good for every test. Which tests, specifically do you need?

I am still in the research phase. I have a column in my spreadsheet where I link to free (or low cost) study material. CLEP was easy, I thought I might find a general resource for the others.

The 20-30 page PDF's? Thanks!

For all of the math exams, Khan Academy is good - and free: https://www.khanacademy.org/ they also have a bunch of other stuff that could be used for CLEP exams (a bunch of AP exams are covered).
ACDC Economics is good: http://www.acdcecon.com/
There are free accounting videos for all levels of accounting: http://www.businessbookmall.com/Manageri...#Chapter_1
Annenberg Learner has good free stuff: http://learner.org/resources/browse.html...=7&grade=0 (Against All Odds Stats is supposed to be very good).
Also, check your local library system. Mine has an online section for "career and education", and they have free full-length CLEP practice exams, as well as a few DSST's (they used to have a bunch of DSST's, but they went away for some reason).
FYI, the DSST books don't cover all of the exams. No idea why they wouldn't have a guide like CLEP where each exam is covered, but they haven't for as long as I've known about them. 2 guides that cover 12 exams each, so 24 total exams out of 37 available. And, they have practice exams on their website, but only for a portion of the exams. Again, why?!?
