You have the talent. All you need is a good mic, video, and studio setup. Get the thumbnails consistent, and your channel should grow fast.
As far as speaking up, I would never tell anyone to speak up as that's a personal decision they have to make. If, for example, you have a woke boss, disagreeing with that boss's political views might have consequences. When there is little to gain and everything to lose, the ROI from speaking up usually isn't good.
