Is ASU UL Down?

I tried logging in today at 1:00 PM EST but I keep getting an error screen that says: 

" Page Error. There was a problem with your last request. You may have tried to perform an action after a long period of inactivity. If that's the case, try going back, reloading the page you were working on, and resubmitting. If not, please let us know what you were doing when the error happened."

Is anybody else having this problem? Or is it just me? I tried clearing cookies and using a couple of different browsers. Same result. 

I'm studying full-time and losing any type of time is kind of a pain.

My wife just tried logging into ASU UL from this webpage https://welcome.ea.asu.edu/dashboard, it worked for her, but she's working on the CIS-194 class, hmm... She's on Chrome incognito mode too...

Dang. Thanks for the speedy reply @bjcheung77. I'm able to login to https://welcome.ea.asu.edu/dashboard.

But as soon as I click on,  "Access Course" it brings me to the error page. 

I tried clearing cookies again and turning on Incognito mode on chrome. Still not working. Looks like its just a me problem. 

I just emailed UL support and hopefully they'll get me back up and running by Monday.  I guess I'm not doing any ASU UL this weekend

It's a good thing I have some Sophias to do .

Actually, it's a good thing you got to support, it's down for the count... She's getting the same error message as you. She only logged into the UL dashboard and didn't go further. Once she clicks the Access Course, it does give the same thing. ASU UL support team should be looking into it already (hopefully).

Just called the 24hr number. They said that Canvas is down for all students and IT is still working on it right now 

Its a good thing they have a weekend crew helping with these types of issues.
