Wow, I didn't know there were so many of these languages available. I knew about Esperanto and a couple others, but there are way more than I thought! I wonder how they "create" or "invent" a language... some of the languages are from books/movies. Link:
These languages were invented from scratch (msn.com)

Hildegard von Bingen has my vote for favorite, with Lingua Ignota. She was a multi-talented genius, who wrote books in an age when not that many women did. She was also a musical genius and her music is still played today - awesome, when you consider it's nearly 1,000 years old.
She is also famous for writing the
first description known of the female orgasm. Especially noteworthy, considering she was a nun. That description is printed in English here:

I have fond memories of learning about this remarkable lady in German class, 62 years ago, when I was 17. I was also a Latin student and at that time read a bit of her work, in the language in which it was written.
Since my youth, I have had a liking for women writers of the Medieval Era and Saint Hildegard is at the top of my list. She has continued to receive honours long after her death.
On 7 October 2012, Pope Benedict XVI named her a Doctor of the Church, in recognition of "her holiness of life and the originality of her teaching."
That's a pretty high honour - and well-deserved, I believe.
