Intellectual and Practical course

I am trying to finish my last elective for IP. I already taken Introduction to computer. What are others that I can take.

You would have to give a lot more info. Which school is this for? Which catalog are you under? What is your degree?

I am enrolled in thomas Edison state university for my BSN. I need one general elective and one in intellectual and practical.

There usually isn't an elective for IPS. There are 4 different sections, and each one will have different courses you can take to fulfill it. Written Communication, Oral Communication, Quantitative Literacy, and Info Literacy. Which section do you need to fulfill?

I am enrolled for nursing and it just said 3 credits in intellectual and practical .

It depends on what catalog you are enrolled under. If you are enrolled under the 2015 or previous catalog then it is just 1 elective course out of a very large list. Math, Communications, some computer courses, etc.

You should check with TESU but the Liberal Arts Math TECEP or Computer Concepts and Applications TECEP or Technical Writing TECEP or ALEKS math might work, if it doesn't duplicate other courses you have already completed.

If you are enrolled under the 2016 catalog or newer then it is divided into the different sections with very specific requirements. You can check the catalog year under Online Student Services. When you open the academic eval it will have catalog year listed at the top.

I never have taken a TECEP exam. I am enrolled in TESU in 2015 and before. Where do you get the info to study for the TECEP. I am going to take world religion to finish my last gneral elective class but need one of the TECEP to finish the Intellectual and Practical.

The TECEP's have an Exam Outline that shows what the exam covers, and what book or study resources you need to study to pass the exam. I've taken 5 (some of the easier ones) and thought they were ok - their setup sucks, but the exam material for those wasn't terribly hard.

Is the free Kaplan PLA course still available? Because my DS was able to use that course; quick and free.

EDIT: Never mind, I went on the ACE site and I see that it is no longer accepted for credit after 4/30/16.

It is still accepted for credit after 4/30, if you took it before then and are transferring it after 4/30. It's just not able to be taken for credit after 4/30. I know you know this Prioko, just clarifying in case a newbie were to look at this at some point in the future.
