Hey everyone, I've been studying the REA and IC for some time preparing for the Information Systems & Computer Applications CLEP and ran into a scary set of words: In the description at the testing center it says that the IS &CA requires a lab exam. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm okay on the subject but no IT professional by any means. I've been studying the answers more than the concepts, per se, so I obviously have concerns.
What do y'all think? Thanks in advance,
Corey

That might mean that the specific school you test at requires a lab exam to get the credits. If that is your school then you should look into it, otherwise the exam is just the exam.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
