In a pinch ....

ddharris Wrote:I am under a tight academic schedule with my employer and trying very hard to graduate in December. I have 4 electives left to take. Can anyone suggest which CLEPS or Dantes are the easiest and don't require weeks of studying? Sad I work full time and am raising my grandson and have very little "quiet" time to myself. I took the Humanities exam and failed miserably. My failure, however, was because I purchased a Humanities Clep book w/a CD from Amazon to study instead of using InstantCert. I had the book down pat - there were NO questions from the book on the exam. None. That CLEP would have been two class credits for me - and since I didn't pass it, now I am back peddeling! Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!!:o
A&I Lit was cake. The next 2 easiest are sociology and marketing, those are closely followed by management and psychology. I did very well on all of those cleps with just 1 day of study.
I have 18 traditional credits and 51 exam credits. I've passed Introductory Sociology 76, Introductory Psychology 68, A&I Literature 66, Principles of Marketing 76, Introductory Business Law 71, Social Sciences & History 67, DSST Drug & Alcohol Abuse 450, Biology 69, Principles of Management 70, Natural Sciences 64, Intro to Business DSST 70, Principles of Macroeconomics 67, Principles of Microeconomics 58.

Spanish, French... They can get you either 6 or 12 credits depending on your proficiency. I got 12 from Spanish (but is my native language).

I don't know if you've taken this one yet, but I just took it today and I couldn't believe how easy it was. I know this test is frequently cited on this board as being "easier" but, man, it really is.

You might want to give it a try. It very "doable" with minimal study time, in my opinion. A ton of common sense questions. If you need any study notes for it just let me know.
