I believe the majority of my BA General Education can be completed at Sophia, so I'm not concerned about that too much.
My biggest problem right now is figuring out the remaining Area of Study electives for art. I have 6 of 15 from ART-2020 and ART-1370.
I was told I can fulfill the painting requirement by taking Painting I at Sessions. As for Two-Dimensional Design I'm not sure.

Two-Dimensional Design can be done via Visual Communication on Sophia - it would be lower-level. Art History I and II can be fulfilled via Sophia as well for the Art AOS. Just remember that you will need 15 upper-level (UL) credits - 12 can be in the Humanities for the Additional AOS Electives. The capstone brings you to the total 18 UL credits needed.
There is no plan for the BA in Art on the Wiki - I had my son show me the requirements on his TESU account:

Thank you so much for the information! I've added Visual Communication and Art History II to my plan.
Looks like all my additional AOS electives transferred in as LL. Will taking 12 UL humanities credits "replace" those?
Also seems like Painting I from sessions comes in as LL. So I'm considering taking Coopersmith art courses for UL credit.

The Art AOS has the following sections for 42 total credits and 15 credits must be UL:
A. Art History I 3SH
B. Art History II 3SH
C. 2-Dimensional 3SH
D. Drawing 3SH
E. Painting 3SH
F. AOS Electives 15SH
G. Add'l AOS Elect 12SH
The 12 UL humanities credits would replace anything in G. Additional AOS electives. Aside from the 12 UL humanities, you would need at least 3 more UL in either D. Drawing, E. Painting or F. AOS Electives. Alternatively, if you can get more UL credits in the AOS electives, you could take some LL humanities classes, as long as you have 15 UL credits + the capstone for a total of 18 UL credits.

Thanks again! I'm looking into AOS Elective possibilities right now and it seems like some courses from Diné College, UIU, and Coopersmith might fulfill those requirements.

A few ways to get this done... Another pathway is the BALS with a concentration of your choice, you can get a few ART classes added to that concentration, my recommendation, however, is to add a second BS or BSBA (more usable and useful degree) to that since you're most likely going for the max transfer of classes using ACE/NCCRS options and taking your time to complete the degree in the two years you mentioned.
Basically... Make sure to get the max from transfer credits cheap, easy, fast, and then 15 credits at TESU for residency purposes to skip the waiver fee. You can also throw in a couple Associates free on route to your Bachelors, such as the AS Comp Sci if you do the BS CIS and the AA or AAS (if you're doing the associates capstone as a preview of how a capstone works and use it towards the 15 credit residency).

I'll look into both the BALS and BSBA. I do want to try for the BA Art though. I'm working on a spreadsheet and seem to have all the requirements planned out. Only 1 of the AOS Electives is a bit elusive.

Which course is the one you need? If it's available at another college or university, get it from them, and transfer the class into TESU...

While Sophia's Visual Communication does transfer in as Two-Dimensional Design, it does not fulfill the for the BA in art. This was the response I got from the dean in 2022 "Unfortunately, Two-Dimensional Design falls under the studio art requirement of the BA in Art major, along with Drawing and Painting. The Sophia course is in art appreciation or aesthetics. It could count as one of [Redacted]’s Art History Electives."
