How do you apply for this card?

Ooops, I have a typo! It's ISIC in the first sentence... not ICIS.

I used my ISIC for the first time this week. Got reduced entrance fees at the local art hall. Quite nice at my age. They looked a bit strange, when I asked for a discount - but acceptet the ISIC.

Give them the look and say... "Hey, I'm a grad student!". Hopefully, there are more benefits than what we currently have!

Even better: As I'm now a very poor student again I used my ISIC to apply for a "cultural pass" at our townhall and they accepted the ISIC as proof of me beeing a student. 6 € per year and I get to see all museums, arthalls and even the planetarium for free :-)

ISIC rocks!

BTW: Some major Banks and some unions offer ISIC for customers or members for free here. makes the deal even sweeter.
