I've finished my TESU BSBA-GM at last
#1
Hi all

Finally I get to post my I've finished thread.
I started my journey 5 and a half years ago, when I discovered this forum and the Instacert study cards.  At the time I thought I'd definitely be done within 18 months.  Well life took a few turns, I moved from the UK to the USA, sold a house, bought a house, started a new job etc.  During a couple of those years I only did the minimum TECEP just to keep my enrollment current and my degree in the 2016 catalog.
However I didn't forget about it, I carried on doing the odd course here and there.  Initially I was mainly focused on taking CLEP and UEXCELs.  Things did get easier over those years with the introduction of Study.com, which really changed everything for the better, imho.  Finally I enrolled for the BSBA Nov 2020 Guided Study Capstone.  I thought it was all plain sailing then.  Of course, just before Christmas I managed to have a head injury, permanently damage/dent my skull and get a concussion that lasted for 3 weeks!  Thankfully the tutor had put in an automatic extension for all courses due over Christmas, extending the deadlines into January, so I didn't have to go begging for extensions and I managed to get all my assignments done and in.
So I'm now just waiting for my final mark for my final project, but I've already passed the course, and it looks as though I'll be getting an A as my final mark.   I've applied for graduation in March 2021.
Just wanted to thank everyone who has helped over the years on this forum.  I will probably continue my journey at some point, but right now I just want to bask in the glory of actually finishing!

So happy you were able to come through all those obstacles!!  It is encouraging that the college professor helped extend everything too!  Congratulations on a job well done!

Truly, degreeforum is our classmates and huge support and inspiration.

Some may say we are here for an easy way, I would say those of us here have done things the hard way and never gave up, kept getting up and moving forward. There are some really amazy people here
